• Will I be able to use my existing debit card, printed checks, and account number if I convert my existing checking account to High Rewards Checking account or will those all change?
  

  Yes, you can use your existing LGE debit card, printed checks, and account number. The only thing that will change is the name of the checking account.

• Why do I need to provide my social security number in order to get a quote?
  

  Most of the insurance companies we represent perform credit checks for rating purposes. However, we can assure you that your social security number is kept secure throughout this process.

• Will employee phone numbers change?
  

  No, employee phone numbers will not change upon acquisition. 

• Will my account number change?
  

  No, your account number will not change upon acquisition.

• What is the criteria for my Username and Password?
  

  We recommend you do not use personal data, such as your name, SSN, or birth date. Also, do not use obvious words or letters, such as "LGE", "Password", or "Online Banking", or consecutive or repetitive characters, such as "1234" or "aaaa".

  Username criteria:

  • Username must be unique (If someone else has already selected that Username, the system will not allow another user to have the same Username. This is similar to creating an email address – no duplicates are allowed.)
  • Must be 6 – 20 characters and can be alphanumeric (any combination of letters and/or numbers)

  Password criteria:

  • Must be at least 8 characters in length, must contain at least 1 lowercase letter, at least 1 uppercase letter, and at least 1 number.  These special characters are allowed: !@”#$%^&+;?[]_’{|}
  • Passwords are case-sensitive

  • First, make sure the front and back of the check are endorsed.
  • Be careful not to write over the MICR number at the bottom of the check. Obscuring this number could render it impossible to process by mobile device.
  • The camera will automatically guide you.
  • If the check is light in color, place it on a dark background; if the check is a dark color, place it on a light background.
• How do I edit a Bill Pay payee on mobile?
  
  1. Go to Payment Center
  2. Click Bill Pay
  3. Choose Bill Pay payee to edit
     • If payee is only allowing the account number and nickname to be edited, this means it is a managed payee and the recipient uses a specific address for all payments.
  4. Make edits
  5. Click Save
• How do I add an account for internal transfers on mobile?
  
  1. Press on Transfers & Payments
  2. Press on Add Account
  3. Under Internal Account, press on Send money to another LGE Community Credit Union member
  4. Enter all required information, Recipient Information – Last Name, Account, Account Type (Share/Loan), Account Number, Share/Loan ID
  5. Click to Save Account for Future Use
  6. Enter Nickname
  7. Click Save
  8. Confirm your identity by Text, Email, or Call, select delivery method
  9. Press Send Code
  10. Enter Code
  11. Click Verify

  An email will be sent to the recipient and to the member adding the account.

• Lost or Stolen Checks
  

  If your checks have been lost or stolen, visit a branch or call us at 770-424-0060 to report the loss and to change your checking account number. This will help prevent fraud from occurring on your account.

• May I carry forward debit card or credit card transactions in excess of the required number to the next statement cycle?
  

  No, only transactions that post during the qualification period will count towards the requirements for that statement cycle.

  A number of factors can affect the cost of your car insurance, some of which you can control and some that are beyond your control.

  The type of car you drive, the purpose the car serves, your driving record, and where the car is garaged can all affect how much your automobile insurance will cost you.

  Even your marital status can affect your cost of insurance. Statistics show that married people tend to have fewer and less costly accidents than do single people.

• Will the Direct Deposit and ACH transactions that were attached to my previous LGE checking account transfer over automatically to my High Rewards Checking account?
  

  Yes. Since your account number will not change, everything will work the same on your new High Rewards Checking account.

  To place a stop payment on a check:

  • Log in to online banking: The stop payment option will be available when a checking, money market or line of credit account is selected. You can select an eligible account from the dropdown. You will be required to enter the check date, the check number, the amount of the check, and the payee. Items with a current stop payment can be viewed under the current tab.
