Youth Savings 

Youth Savings accounts help our youngest members (ages 0-17) learn how to save money & spend wisely while earning 1.50% APY1 on their first $1,000.

  • Members 13-15 can enjoy Simply Checking or High Rewards Checking with a responsible adult on the account
  • Members who are 16 or 17 with a government-issued ID can add a checking account without a joint account owner
  • All members can add Certificated and Special Savings accounts to their Youth Savings

Young Adult Savings

For members 18-22, Young Adult Savings accounts make the transition to adulthood a little sweeter with 3.00% APY2 on the first $1,000. 

  • Add any LGE product that you qualify for, no joint owner required
  • At 23, your Young Adult Savings account will automatically transition to a Savings account
