Jordan joined us out of college as a branch representative, looking for a cushy 9-5 with bank holidays. What he found was a team that believed in him, a professional growth program that fast-tracked him to Regional Manager, and a community that he’s proud to stand behind.

2017: Jordan joins LGE as a Part-Time Teller
2018: Jordan moves on up.
2019: Jordan becomes a Branch Manager
2020: Jordan balances learning & leadership
2023: Jordan is promoted to Regional Manager

Jordan joined LGE in 2017 while juggling college classes and two other jobs — retail by day, pizza delivery by night. He took a pay cut for better balance and a shot at something bigger, and it paid off. From day one, he dove headfirst into learning, proving that passion, persistance, and know where to find the answers beats having all the answers memorized.

When LGE acquired a new branch, leadership tapped Jordan to help the new team members with the transition as a Senior Personal Finance Representative — a challenge he first thought he wasn’t ready for. LGE leadership disagreed. Six hours without a chair, lines out the door, and many long nights later, Jordan proved he was more than ready. His grit and spirit set the tone for his team's success (and his own).

Jordan’s competitive drive and openness to feedback propelled him into leadership. As Branch Manager, he focused on building a culture where employees felt supported and empowered. His philosophy? Take care of your team, and they’ll take care of everything else.

Jordan didn’t just climb the career ladder, he hit the books hard along the way. Balancing full-time work and leadership responsibilities, he completed his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration while also participating in the LGE Emerging Leaders development program. It’s a testament to his drive to keep learning, growing, and setting the bar higher for himself and his team.

Today, Jordan leads multiple branches with the same energy he brought as a teller. He’s passionate about developing others, giving back to his team, and creating opportunities for growth. From organizing kickball games and championing LGE's wellness program to mentoring future managers, Jordan proves leadership is about impact inside and outside the office.
