Lost or stolen Visa Check Cards must be phoned in immediately to any LGE Branch location or at 1-800-541-8921 or 770-424-0060. After hours, you may report a lost or stolen Visa Check Card by calling 1-866-677-7151 (U.S.).

Take the Visa Check Card you already use, add a password to confirm your identity, and you've got Verified by Visa. It's the new, free service that protects you against unauthorized purchases before they even happen.
Verified by Visa is designed to protect the Visa Check Card you already have. So once you activate Verified by Visa:
- At participating online stores, your card will be automatically recognized as protected by Verified by Visa.
- You'll be asked for your password.
- Your password will be verified.
- The transaction will be completed as usual.
