How are balances calculated in determining my participation status? Using the average daily balances of your loan and deposit accounts (excluding MEMBERS® Financial Services account balances).
How can I earn rewards? When your average daily balance falls within the balance ranges defined during any calendar month, you will earn the stated rewards for the next month.
When are rewards awarded? Rewards are awarded during the calendar month following the month in which the reward was earned.
If I close my account, will I still receive my rewards for that month? Rewards are not prorated. If you terminate your membership, rewards are not awarded.
Are my non-LGE ATMs transactions totally free? Free transactions at non-LGE ATMs do not include surcharges that may be assessed by the institution/network that owns the ATM.
Do I have to order my checks through the credit union? Free checks are available only when you order your checks through the credit union, and depends on your status when ordering. For the $15,000.00 - $49,999.99 category, this reward is awarded only once in each 12-month period. Members in the $50,000.00 and over tier receive unlimited standard personal checks or 2 boxes per year of custom checks, excluding business, desk and computer checks.
What if I am not in good standing with the credit union? You must be in good standing with the credit union to be eligible for participation in The Power of Participation.
How is qualification for The Power of Participation determined? Members must qualify for all accounts under normal underwriting guidelines.
Rewards associated with The Power of Participation are as of May 2007 and are subject to change. LGE reserves the right to modify or cease The Power of Participation program at any time.
