Note: Transactions cannot be processed via email as they require an original signature. However, transactions can be done via Home Banking.
Lost or stolen Visa® Credit Cards, Visa Check Cards, ATM Cards or checks must be phoned in immediately to any LGE Branch location or at
1-800-541-8921 or 770-424-0060. After hours, you may report a lost or stolen Visa Credit Card, Visa Check Card, or ATM Card by calling 1-866-677-7151 (U.S.).
If you prefer to be contacted by telephone, please enter your daytime phone number. Otherwise, we will respond via email to the address provided.
For address changes, you may also log in to Home Banking from our home page, and choose “Change Personal Info” from the “Profile” tab. Any changes you make to your LGE account will affect all of the products associated with that account number (savings, checking, personal loans, home loans, etc). If you have multiple account numbers at LGE, you will need to log in to each account individually to update your information.
